Be Careful of Those Vitamins and Supplements

From Evidence-Based Living
Yesterday, Yahoo!Health had posted a very interesting article regarding the dangers of vitamins and supplements. We all know that anything in excess (or deficient) could be hazardous to health, but apart from that, there are some other things to keep in mind when deciding on what to take in addition to your normal food intake.

Read the 10 Surprising Dangers of Vitamins and Supplements here

If you haven't got enough time, here's a screenshot of the recommended daily intake of certain nutrients and minerals taken from the article. Take note of the usual foods that you eat, identify their composition, and refer to this chart to get an idea of what you really need.

Remember, it's so much better to get these things from natural sources. One can never go wrong with munching on fresh fruits, vegetables, and eating balanced meals.
